  • If you’re unable to attend, refunds for conference tickets will be possible up until January 3, 2026 (30 days prior to the event). Please contact us in writing at info@niwbrt.org so we can process your refund request.

  • Speaker applications can be found under the Speaker & Sessions tab. We encourage you to submit your application.

  • Below are important details regarding parking for the event:

    • With over 400 attendees expected, parking will be limited.

    • We strongly recommend carpooling.

    • Additional parking is available at Schafer & Schafer Attorneys at Law, Lakeland Creek Family Dental, and Allen Law Group.

    • Do not park at Dunkin Donuts or Southlake Animal Hospital. They are open during the event, and unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
